PSP is officially cooperating with Fantuan App, a food ordering platform that provides neighborhood patrols while delivering delicious Chinese food to your doors.

PSP will be providing safety guidelines and self-defense training for the food delivery team of Fantuan, while Fantuan’s food delivery team will become the major force of our patrolling.

Fantuan’s delivery team will be the very first delivery team in the U.S. that provides neighborhood safety patrol.

We patrol the neighborhood of Flushing, Queens aperiodically, protect our neighbors and friends from violence. We will provide personal protective equipment and bilingual services for our volunteers.
